Often he's portrayed as the golden boy attorney who changes things for the better, only to be injured in a tragic accident in which he changes for the worse. His obsession with duality is his main
characteristic, and that has been done well on and off to certain degrees.
The game makes him more of a minor villain in the games, as is his typical role. The Dark Knight Christopher Nolan movie did justice to his character in my mind, as did the Telltale Batman games released.
The figure is very well done. The white suit parts and clean, as are the two-tone shoes. The pain application to the "good" side of the face is well done. The "bad" side is incredible. The holes in the suit and the charred flesh were very well painted. His left sleeve is in tatters. His articulation is missing in some areas (ankle and waist) and greater in the knees, for whatever reason. He technically comes with two accessories, a coin to hold in his "good" hand and a well-sculpted pistol to hold in his right.
Sculpt&Paint: 8/10 Awesome paint application for the face, tie, and charred flesh areas. They sculpted the lower parts of the suit jacket to be soft which is a good design since it allows the legs to move farther.
Articulation: 4/10 (+1 for clean design style): Though he only has 14 points of articulation, the soft plastic for the under jacket, double swivels on the knees, and an extra bicep swivel on the burnt left arm side helps it somewhat.
Price/Availability: 4/10 It's somewhat available in some online places for 50-60 Canadian. About the same as many of the more B-level figures in the line.
Accessories: 3/10 The gun is pretty well done. It fits quite well in the left hand, and is well sculpted with some paint. He probably came with a coin, but it somehow got lost on the way! I'll have to design one some day to fit in. Maybe he's cured now of his obsession?
Verdict: 19/40 The figure is a good one. The articulation is a bit limited, but at least in this case it is more in character what with Two-Face wearing a suit (it is harder to get your arms up vertically!)
Solid!

Fear. That's how we get respect! |
"Let's see if the coin thinks you're telling the truth" |
No trigger guard? No problem! Fits better. |
"Screw justice. Kill her and they'll all fear us." |
That's a very interesting amalgamation of Two-Face designs, you've got the black and white suit from B:TAS with the charred rather than scarred look from The Dark Knight. Looks good.
