I'm Jay and I run this blog! I started it in April of 2017 as a fun project to talk about and take pictures of one of my favorite things: action figures! This is basically a running record of my collection. I was originally inspired by ISMOTU (who has a couple of blogs you can check out!) when I saw how fun it could be.
You'll notice from the blog that I don't actually collect a very wide range of figures. Mostly for reasons of $$, I concentrate on collecting DC figures, SH Figuarts from my favourite anime and some Mafex. I made this decision fairly early on. Though I do enjoy the franchises/movies/comics etc, Star Wars and Marvel have such vast collections of figures, I will likely only collect a handful of figures I enjoy from those lines in the future.
I started collecting about 10 years ago and regularly get a figure or two every once in a while. I enjoy this hobby and like to follow Youtube toy reviewers, read some blogs, and follow other like-minded hobbyists on Instagram!
