Recommended Youtube Channels

Recommended Youtube Chanels
If you're looking for some interesting reviewers and toy enthusiast, take a look below!

Toy Galaxy: Easily my favourite Youtube toy channel, Dan and Producer Greg have excellent scripts and research that goes into their weekly toy videos. They often do "4 minute or less" toy reviews (which is great when you don't have 20-30 minutes per figure to watch a youtube video), History of videos that talk about how a toy line got started or even ended, as well as weekend segments "In the Photobooth" where Dan talks about his latest pick-ups at flea markets or their P.O. Box.  There is so much humour and interesting facts here that even with toy lines or toys I'm not remotely interested in, I watch every video Toy Galaxy puts out.
Supremely Recommend.

Anthony's Customs: Anthony is a Youtuber of multiple talents. His channel not only features customs he himself creates, but also toy reviews, unboxing videos, video game sessions, movie reviews, and a whole lot more. One thing the defines his channel is that Anthony tries to be as objective as he can when reviewing a figure, and will be as thorough as possible to let a viewer know what problems and positive points there are to a given figure (or whatever is being looked at at the time). Supremely Recommend.

Pixel Dan: Pixel Dan's channel has been around for a long time, and he reviews a huge range of products. Unlike some other toy channels, Pixel Dan's channel also reviews tons of kids toys and I get the impression he is very well known in the toy community and at toy fairs. Pixel Dan imbues his videos with a cheerful enthusiasm while still letting his audience know what they are getting.
You can really feel the love for toys on his channel!
Highly Recommend.

Shartimus Prime: One of the most impressive and extensive collections of toys out there is on Russ Akin's channel. I don't know how he does it, but he reviews something nearly every day and picks up most toys new. Along with an upbeat voice yet still casual personality, he manages to interest his viewers quickly into his content.
He mostly reviews statues and Marvel legends but also has a wide variety of import figure reviews. For a bit of humour, fun and some info and the latest toys, his channel offers a really good sampling. He will also add in fun bits of Stop-motion, especially involving "Big Time Let Down Spiderman". Highly Recommend.

The Fwoosh: Host Brian Rutherford (aka Robo) puts out a ton of review videos as well as toy news commentary that is very entertaining and full of wonderful quirks. The channel talks about everything from Bandai kits to DC figures, Marvel, import figures and a bunch more. The Fwoosh.com is also a very prominent website in the toy community, hosting thousands of users. Add to this, they have even created an action figure line called Articulated Icons! If you are looking for a more personal review of toys with a bit of flair, The Fwoosh is a great place to go.
Highly Recommend

Brad the DC Universe Geek: As a mostly DC figure fan, I love Brad's thorough knowledge of the DC Universe from the classics to the more current comic book lore. On his channel, he shares sensible toy reviews along with lots of background information about the characters and storylines. He also does a good amount of customization or "kitbashing" and includes tips on how to modify or change action figures. Being that he is also Canadian, I appreciate his perspective on aquiring figures in markets in Canada as it is more helpful to me personally!
Highly Recommend

JayC (of Toynewsi.com): Jay (not me!) hosts a channel that also does a significant bulk of reviews as well as constantly updated toy news with commentary and predictions within the collector community. Like The Fwoosh, his channel is an excellent way to keep up to date with some of the more popular toylines.
Recommend!

KenOhWee: Ken's channel is a newer one making its way up to more subscribers and more weekly reviews. Based in Australia, he shows off a lot of Medicom, SH Figuarts and other speciality figures. His reviews are laden with humour and often feature stop-motion events or even full comedy episodes. It's great checking out his reviews and toy comedy, so head on over and give him a like and subscribe!
Recommend!

Daredevil 19: Daredevil 19s host Sean is a very down to earth toy reviewer who does a good job of showing all the features of a given piece. He is often quite up to date with SH Figuarts and other import lines if that's the kind of thing you're looking for. He puts in a few good-natured outtakes and humour that makes the videos go long way with subscribers. He often pre-orders and gets figures first, so if you want to know exactly what you're getting for your money before it hits the shelves of your local comic collector shop, he's a good resource.
Recommend!

Toy Pizza: Host Jesse and Nicky review and look at nearly everything that is a plastic collectible from Funko to Nintendo to 90s toys to Star Wars. They have quite a bit of nice radio style banter to add to their appeal, and have quite a few very helpful videos on toy hunting and eBay tips. As a bonus, they also have created a line of action figures dubbed Knights of the Slice that I have seen reviewed on a couple of channels.
Recommend!

Jobby the Hong: Jobby's channel features as its mainstay Transformers, Gundam model kits, Digimon and a wide range of figures from various anime (that he himself does not always watch!).
His reviews are generally fast paced, with many cuts and sound bites within the videos. What I enjoy most of his reviews is how well he features the articulation, builds and transformations of the toys. Due to the graphic language and sometimes sexual humour, this is not recommended for children or those under the age of 16! Jobby does put a lot of heart and soul into his reviews and has a very entertaining voice and tone.  He has many signature video editing pieces, phrases and a logo that makes him stand out among many other toy review channels. His playlist "Jobby the Song" also features him doing a lot of very talented singing of mostly jazz and older pop songs.
Recommend (with a warning to children and teens)

Billy Mahoney: Bill Mahoney/Bill Maru/The Toychanic (Love this one) is an action figure enthusiast and repair person! He's a whiz at figuring out creative solutions to broken figures. His advice is solid, full of good exemplars, and it is often free! He also does paid repairs on his website. I attended one of his live streams and I have to say personally he seems like a very cool, down to earth person who just wants to help out the community. Super positive individual, someone you'd definitely like to have as a friend regardless of how much of a toy enthusiast you were!
Highly Recommend

A few other recommends for channels are: Wylun Customs (Customs and reviews), Blitz Toys (Reviews), Unparalleled Universe (Reviews)and DGDX animation (Stop motion episodes)
